Résumé : In the talk, I present the results of our recent theoretical studies of spin dephasing of conduction electrons in n-type quantum well structures. It is shown that spin dynamics in high-mobility QWs drastically differs from that in low-mobility structures being highly sensitive to the QW crystallographic orientation, details of scattering, and external fields. We discuss the anomalous behavior of the Hanle effect in high-mobility QWs and dynamic coupling of the in-plane and out-of-plane spin components in QW structures with anisotropic scatterers.
