bureau n°128

Équipe 3. Optoélectronique Quantique , Professeur

Pierre Renucci is Professor at INSA Toulouse. He got his Master Degree (Condensed Matter Physics) at University of Toulouse (Paul Sabatier) in 1998, and his Phd at INSA Toulouse in 2001 (Optical and spin coherences of microcavity polaritons). He joined the LPCNO in Toulouse after a post-doctoral year in the group of B. Deveaud (EPFL Lausanne, Switzerland), where he has contributed to the building of a picosecond time-resolved cathodoluminescence set-up. He currently works on electrical spin injection and spin manipulation in hybrid ferromagnetic metal/semiconductor nanostructures and on optical spin injection in III-V nanostructures.
