I am working as a postdoctoral researcher at the Laboratoire de Physique et Chimie des Nano-objets (LPCNO) since October 2020 with Prof. Bruno Chaudret. My current research evolved around the application of magnetic induction mediated heating on heterogeneous catalysis. Before joining at INSA, Toulouse, I have worked as a Postdoc on hydrotreatment catalysts, at IFPEN, Lyon. During my PhD, I have worked on development of self-supported mesoporous metals and their application in the field on heterogeneous catalysis and energy storage and conversion.

Work experiences and Education :

Oct 2020-present . Postdoctoral research fellow, INSA, Toulouse, France. Research supervisors – Prof. Bruno Chaudret. Working on magnetic induction heating mediated heterogeneous catalysis for industrially relevant chemical transformation.

Mar 2019-Aug 2020. Postdoctoral research fellow, IFP Énergies nouvelles, Lyon, France. Research supervisors – Dr. Denis Uzio and Dr. Etienne Girard. Worked on development of advance hydrotreatment catalysts.

Aug 2017- Feb 2019. Research associate, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India. Research supervisor – Prof. Balaji R. Jagirdar. Worked on development of materials for catalysis, energy storage and thermoelectric applications. 2011-2017. Ph.D., Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India. Research supervisor – Prof. Balaji R. Jagirdar. Thesis title : Synthesis of metal and metal oxide nanosponges for hydrogen storage and catalytic applications.
